The point you make is that if the FAAA doesn't listen to YOUR ideas, then they are being arrogant or dismissive.
What you fail to understand is that your views, hawkeyes and lowerlobes are not the views of most crew.
If you really believe that, then either you don't fly longhaul or you don't speak to other crew. And just because crew don't call the union with every concern they have, it doesn't mean they don't have these concerns. Most crew are just too apathetic to do anything, or they don't think it would make a difference, anyway.
