Interview stuff

I have a final 'one-to-one' interview for a cadet sponsorship coming up but I'm a little unsure as to what to expect to be asked, being my first final interview for an airline job. In peoples past interview experience, is it likely to be company info, technical aircraft questions or all about you as a person and how you will 'fit in' or a mixture of all of these?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
