Staff travel availability in EZY depends on both the route and time before departure. Business routes tend to have limited availabilty 24/7 whereas the holiday hot spots tend to have more, except during school holidays and last flight out of the UK on Fridays and first one back on Mondays. Also seats may not be released to staff until the day of departure (and close 2 hours before STD). Having said that, it's not impossible to commute using staff travel provided the route is well served i.e. several flights per day and also from alternative nearby airports. A good friend of mine commutes weekly to/from a popular holiday location and has had to fly into/out of a nearby alternative airport only twice in the last 18 months
