You continue to display your ignorance and lack of understanding of our agreements. If a person wants to do a trip after a 9 day trip.... he or she is entitled to do that.
As Guardian rightly pointed out that has always been the case. There is no prohibition either in our agreements or by CASA or under OH&S LEGISLATION.

You talk of "undermining" of our conditions, which again indicates your clueless state that you are in. How can there be "undermining" when it is perfectly legal and appropriate for individuals to decide if they want to work on their days off to offset pay protection. The current FAAA led by MM is the best ever, and most crew agree with that. They have done what they have said , and that is to reverse the failures of the previous turkeys who you so obviously and transparently support.
The FAAA has been spot on with its decisions and the fact that you can't get a JFK shuttle because they are so popular, indicates that the FAAA knows what it is doing.
