Its not as tough as some Asian carriers, they don't ask tech question in the interview. Sim checks quite straightforward, everything will be provided on your arrival in dubai, including all profiles involved on the check.
No idea if they call applicants again for a second chance, as they told us during the interview that its just a one way ticket into emirates. Just how bad? no idea of what you're asking..how bad they operate? how badly they need pilots?or how bad their packaged is? can you state it more clearly. Goodluck to you
