Hi all
I have a question about reported visibility and pilot report,for example in OIII,tehran,mehrabad airport min. vis. for ILS approach is 1200m,reported visibility by met office officially is 800m and a pilot on final report actual visibility is 1500m .so according to
ICAO/JAR/FAA which of them has priority to the other?(pilot report or reported vis. by met office)
