The point is that you can accept inferior working conditions if you can see a way forward to better things(ie BMIR rates leading to Mainline rates in the future)BABY BMI is more likly to be a long term job and if you start on crap pay, thats what youve got to look fotward to for the rest of your career. Added to that bad conditions make for an unhappy workplace,which since we spend more than a third of our lives there, is a pretty poor prospect.
