Anyone using NTL Broadband should get in touch with them on 0800 052 0243 and express unhappiness at the cost. By doing so I have managed to negotiate a cost of £19.50 a month for line rental, UK anytime calls (excluding 0845 and 0870) plus 1mb broadband. The only catch is that it is for 6 months and I will have to go back in September to renegotiate.
