Yup, that's about right. You need to have had all your ground exams passed before you sit your CPL skills test.

As far as I know there are no entry requirements (other than a PPL for modular route) but the ground school usually want to be satisfied that you can cope with the maths and physics aspects. If you have O or A levels in these subjects you should be OK.
