being able to drive is not an essential requirement, its jus so they know whether they need to gain staff parking. i know loads of guys & gals at flyjet that don't drive.
As for the report time of 45 mins, are you sure thats correct?
. cause the report time at the mo is 1hr with a 15mins courtesy from crewing for being called off standby and then it's 1hr 30mins for a rostered duty. i think someones telling you porkies, theres no way ANYONE would be able to report in 45 mins (especially on standby).
