I fear no one will be asked to vote on their preferred choice, more likely the company will impose the scheme that is most favourable for them ! The Q&A forums probably just satisfy a requirement to be seen to be engaging in dialogue with the workforce. Ultimately they have a duty to manage the company's financial structure in order to ensure the continuation of a profitable regime that will benefit all,not just the members.
