EGCC 020950Z 21005KT 6000 VCSH FEW006 SCT020 M01/M01 Q1001 24290095 TEMPO 3000 SHSN

What do the numbers mean after Q1001? Ive seen this a few times now, i presume it is something to do with Rwy 24? Thanks
