Maaaany RuMours of a "last year profit share payout", so that next pay increase can be offset by they profit share pot. Will of course be an attempt to fool/recruit more people in. A pay increase will only just start to bring the salary up to a base LH pilot salary, even 20%.
8 wks this year?, would like to see them give a low payout and see that nobody leaves, as all employees are only here to help build/finance their city construction. Shouldn't the Flight International Ads say Mercenary wanted, instead of DEC (or foolish F/O). Ah, no, I forgot, Pilots are only in flying for the love of it and would do the job for nothing (counters assume). Whereas a Mercenary of course has the intelligence to know that he will get a good days pay for a good days work, or he wouldn't go to work!
