You describe two extremes. No need for super humans, but cleary handling many common tail dragger types on the ground, take-off and landing is a more complex endeavour with arguably a greater level of precision required. How difficult each individual finds the extra complexity is a purely subjective thing. Speaking personally, I however have never nearly ground looped a tricycle gear
