NATS ATC Unit visits (Towers and Centres)

I would hope that people with the enthusiasm to follow an ATC career would have already visited some ATC Units, without having to be prompted by NATS. It demonstrates a degree of initiative and motivation, rather than just 'ticks in the box'.
