A long time ago I discovered a useful skill -- if I have a job to do, I can put my feelings on hold.[1] Later on that day when I'm alone with my thoughts, my emotions catch up with me.
I've just tried to go to sleep and I relived the flight and realised that I did enjoy it after all -- so much that I can't sleep.
