It's always awesome to hear about F/As going above and beyond.
I know we do it every day and I can't even begin to count the many times I've had pax say "that was the best service I have ever had, I will definitely be writing a letter to commend you / you and the other CC" ... but it's only once in a blue moon that they do actually put pen to paper.
I think people fell more compelled to write complaint letters (although I haven't had one yet *touch wood*) than to write "customer compliment" letters.
I absolutely applaud Anne H and wish her all the very very best with her wedding
