Thanks to an EZY CC Angel

Speaking to my elder sister (P) this weekend and she told me of her flight out of Liddipool to ALC at 1640 on 14 Feb. She was travelling with hubby (G) who unfortunately suffers from vertigo and asthma. They are regular pax with EZY as they have a pad in Javea. Shortly after T/O the a/c made a sudden steep(sic) bank to the left which caused G, who was sitting at left window seat, severe distress. My sister P summoned assistance as G had an asthmatic attack and had left his inhaler in his checked baggage.
Senior CC member Anne H answered the call and according to P&G could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Anne reassured G, walked him around the cabin, found a cool spot and looked toward him for a considerable amount of time. Whilst paying special attention to G, Anne still managed to attend to her other duties so other pax were not neglected.
As mentioned P&G are regular pax but have never before had need for any special attention, but they could not sing the praises of Anne H any louder than they did to me and will be writing to EZY management to ensure that Anne receives the recognition she obviously deserves for her performance that day.
I know full well that many many CC with all airlines go that extra mile to assist a pax on a day to day basis and so many times that effort is not recognised by someone taking the time to drop a line of thanks.
Well I am making public recognition of Anne H. and all her counterparts to say just keep on doing what you're doing and when you relax after your flight you have the self-satisfaction that someone is feeling so much better for your professionalism.
Anne is flying this week to UVF with the Company I work for and obviously EZY pay too much as she is travelling J class with her intended "J" as they are to be married in UVF. (On second thoughts maybe J is "wedged-up" so he's footing the bill!). Any road up, there is not much I can do to "enhance" their flight as I know they will be well looked after by the J class crew, but I will make it known they are are a couple of love-birds off for a very very romantic wedding in St. Lucia and hope that fellow Ppruners will wish them well for a long and happy marriage.

Don't start a family too soon you guys 'cos my bro-in-law (and other pax) may need your special care and consideration sometime soon.

I would be most grateful if friends of Anne H. could ensure she & her fiancee J get sight of this post before they depart. Many thanks.
