Greeting,
Just finished a 12 trip with 24 time zones (west bound) and into 48+ hrs off and still turned around. Hard enough on the road, but now having to adjust to family and "normal" sch, can't seem to get adjusted. I'm 47 and have been doing this for some time, but could use some fresh advice on transitioning back to "normal" life.
