I've got Nero and a couple of others so I'll give it a whirl. Re. the head cleaning, I do the same with cassette players etc. but this is a Panasonic DV camera and the heads don't appear to be quite as accessible. The only problem with the head cleaning tape (apart from the price!) is that I understand that they are abrasive and probably not a good thing in the long run
