The AFPRB did state that recruitment was down and PVR rates are up. As I understand it one can only NGR after your 22 yr point, however I am not completely sure on that, and would be quite happy to be corrected. As for the fishheads, my brother who is a "greeny WO" says morale is the lowest he has seen it in 23 years. I guess Southside the only sand you really see is the sand you seem to be burying your head in.
