Ok kiddies what gossip have you got for me on this wonderous piece of paper that is currently in production.
Let me get the ball rolling.
1. 3% payrise backpaid from when the old EBA expired.
2. Introduction of 5 sector days, same as Tech Crew.
3. Introduction of new rostering program which is currently used by Ground Crew and Tech Crew.
4. "Fatigue management". Which sounds like work longer hours, get more days off. Not sure how that helps with fatigue.
