However, if I did have a daughter I would hope she would have more sense than to get into any kind of car with a group of strange men at any time of day or night. There are plenty of cabs in Dubai. You wouldn't dream of doing it in the UK, America or Australia so why should it be okay in Dubai?
Having said that, 2 years is obviously nowhere near enough for a crime like that.
