CX F/O-RAPID COMMAND

Does anyone have any idea why CX is now what seems to be hiring direct entry 74 Skippers? WOW It seems funny that these are the same requirements asked for by SIA Cargo. Are there no takers in Europe for the 747 Captain Position?
