Wondering since the Deluce's and V.P. are involved if they won't enforce some sort of "bond" on new hires? As mentioned, hopefully since the market has "turned" in favour of a hiring frenzy, they will be reasonable about attracting experienced pilots who might be interested in driving brand new Dash 8-400's around the sky
