Couple more questions though, if you join MK as an expat ATR pilot, is there some kind of seniority list / career path? i.e. can you expect to be upgraded to the Airbus at some stage or are you going to stay on the ATR forever?
Aerobuzzer - when you say that recruitment is a very slow process, I see they say they will call you back for a simulator assessment if you pass the interview in mauritius, how long do you think the whole process would take from interview to sim check to job offer?
