http://www.pdf995.com/ - my personal favourite when I was using MSWord. Installs as a printer driver so no hassles. $9.95 for the registered version (the free version works just fine) or a money-well-spent $19.95 to register the whole suite (Pdf995, PdfEdit995, and Signature995).
Now I mostly use OpenOffice 2.0, which has built-in PDF conversion.
