Capital Airlines have commeneced ops. they're doing LOS-Benin-LOS 3 X Daily. They're hoping to commence their other routes very soon. They are very short on crew, let's hope the "new" capital doesn't go the usual Nigerian route of 'managing' pilots. I don't see them being able to develop any route based on their current crew strength. There are a lot of Nigerian airlines at the moment that are being hindered by their lack of crew.
There seems to be some foreign investment in the company. a couple of oyinbos have been spotted around their facilities. There is news of some big expansion plans, but like everything in Naija we can only hope for the best.
