Mmh, maybe you are talking about 2 different NNC. the "PACK" NNC (-400) asks for ISOLATION VALVE SWITCH CLOSE. The "PACK TRIP OFF" NNC (-300) does NOT ask for ISOLATION VALVE switch to be placed CLOSE.
