Because you live in a dung hole and work for an airline where you are treated like a second or third class citizen, I'm sure you're looking forward to going back, but don't compare CX to CAL or Eva, cause it's a different planet. I would be racing to get out of Taipei as well, but living in HK and working for CX is something completely different and all I'm saying is that it shouldn't be a comparative. You certainly would have taken the job if offer if CX offered you the job, so it's a case of making it fit your plans. Hope you enjoy the EMB or RJ on 60k a year living in Toronto...that doesn't sound anything like heaven either...sorry
