Nothing in this pile of orange pap could be further from the truth. Every single missive to come out of the glorious orange hut has to be shrouded in bullsh*t. They must be partying behind the scenes over this one. I thought BALPA had some clout these days? The only thing easy in Easyjet is the way the management can manipulate the workforce.
Next we'll be hearing that 5254 is being improved to 5253 as the last of the 4 days off is have a detrimental effect on performance on the 1st early. This isn't negotiable because an undergraduate from Blackpool Poly said so in the pub last week. To mitigate the loss of day 4 the company will graciously provide a system of non flying duty days. This is on the understanding that you will be required to fly on 97.6% of these.
This wasn't supposed to be rocket science. A fair pay rise ,fair pension and no change to the loyality bonus ACROSS THE BOARD. What is on the table is no better than it was 3 months ago. See through it and sort it out!
