It was a good company, but is no longer, FACT! Anyone who votes yes to this deal is doing there colleagues both in easy and in other companies a great dis-service. The company is richer than ever, and in real terms they are offering you a pay cut! They are also doing the same to the cabin crew I might add. Why on earth would you vote yes. The reason pilots used to get paid so well is because the union took no
from management. Why are we backing down all of a sudden? I would suggest that if you are under 50 years of age, you consider how much you are going to earn in real terms aged 60, let alone if youre 30 odd with 30+ years to go. Get real guys. you must stand together, BALPA is recognised officially by the company. You have absolutely NO EXCUSES!
