Are they going to change the requirements for the TRSS and payment regarding experience? Also, this difference in between SFO and FO- isn't it strange that a pilot with more than 3000hrs and a earlier command gets a FO whilst a pilot with 1000hrs gets a SFO? There's a big difference in the payroll for the same job and difference in the experience as well...

Anybody familiar with this "problem"?

Just curious, I might get a job for easy but reading on the website, I first read I would get £ 33000/year. Later with the TRSS £27000. Big difference. And the SFO gets even more (in this case with much less flying experience)
