LIVING ABROAD...NOT TO PAY TAXES??

do you know what are the Inland revenue rules with regard to working in the UK and live abroad in order to pay Minimum taxes??
what kind of proof does the Inland revenue require you to provide ??
would you have to pay some other taxes in the country where you live??(outside the uk)
