A very nice obituary of Sir Freddie in today's Daily Telegraph.
In it, Prince Philip, who was a friend of Sir Freddie's, wrote the following clerihew, which I thought was rather apt:
"Sir Freddie Laker
may be at peace with his maker
but he is persona non grata
with IATA."
