I wonder how many people though the same way you did some years ago when people started paying for their own MCC courses, then the people that though the same when the first companies started to ask you to pay for your T/R......
Itīs messed up, but as everyone says, until people realise that itīs ALL of us that loose out, these schemes will keep growing.
What I canīt understand is HOW THE HELL can they spend that money with NO position afterwards....you finish the T/R, do a few hours, the company canīt wait for you to finish the hours to kick you out and get the next guy in the line in the scheme and so on $$$$...... On top of that the one that just got kick out will find he has another problem finding another job as he has very little experience on type, when a year goes by whatīs he going to do to renew the licence, T/R etc...... Guess he could allways pay another outfit such as get some more hours with the likes of eagle jet.....
