There does seem to be something of a "silence" and to me it appears ominous. The two Marks must realise that this abrupt Virgin involvement by their only prospective purchaser is a major departure from the original game plan. I don't know anything about what is happening behind the scenes, but I do know from experience that when buyers introduce major last minute changes to deals, thay usually fall over, or at the very least cause untold delays. In this case, any delay clearly cannot be tolerated.
