Don't the airlines that hire you do this AOTish stuff as a part of their indoc ? Why would anyone have to seek this training on their own ? My career employer took in people from a variety of backgrounds...sat them in class and TOLD them what the company considered priorities/operational concepts.
Each company has operational concepts/values/priorities they consider pivotal to their operation. THEY tell you what THEY consider important.
Is any company is going to place ANY value to some generic version of AOT ?
