As w24 says there are too many people are getting sucked into a maelstrom of rosy pictures and promises without understanding basic human arseholishness. This is an immensely powerful force that makes people open their wallets to watch $/£/whatever currency you like fly away so that they can say "I'm training to be a pilot on such and such an a/c", etc. etc..
When will people learn that $ don't necessarily equal quality or return of investment? And by the way, anyone can buy a uniform and stand in a bar telling the chicks that they're a pilot.
Call me old fashioned but it's like someone sticking their d... up your a... and telling you they're not screwing you because they're not moving. Whatever.
