AOT
High, as part of my training we did the AOT weekend and it was probably one of the best parts of the course, you can't afford to miss it. Allthough looking at your previous career you may find most of it common sense but it would still be worth it. 2 Days, around 5 experienced Captains or senior cabin with a wealth of experience and no bull! They go through personal presentations, problem solving in a team, interviews and the market in general. If you are ex RAF comission then you should have done a lot of it before but it is perfect for the cross over into civy life.
