Not really relevent to NCL but my auntie returned from New York last week with AA. She said never again. When they arrived in New York from Heathrow the aircraft door wouldn't open. The Flight Attendants were 'SHOUTING' at the passengers to sit down. After about half an hour after landing, passengers were getting uncomfortable and needed the toilet, but they weren't allowed to get out their seats. The Flight Attendants continued to shout to tell them to sit down.
When the aircraft doors were opened she said she had never seen anything like it, everyone was rushing for the door! lol
