Well.........where do I start? No housing allowance, no education allowance, no meal allowance, no overtime pay, no pension plan, no medical benefits, no interline agreements...............oh and I almost forgot, if you are really special there will be a 15% gratuity on top of your salary (exept most of the other pilots will be making 15% more than you)
