I think they will get the training staff. From what I gather training pilots are paid well. I am guessing there are experienced 737 expats flying in third world countries that would jump at the oppurtunity. What will be really interesting, is to see how many guys or girls will go for the current FO package. I am am referring to the very attractive features, such as no pay until check to line is completed (you are looking at about 4 months from start of training until you CASH YOUR FIRST CHECK(no autopay)).............or the part about paying for your own hotel and transportation during training
(reimbursed if you pass the course).
