Yep they need to pay more money to get the people to stay.....its time for for KC Purple Rinse to call it a day. My advice would be join the co get the rating, get some hours (at least 500 ) then the world is your oyster. To hire Captains TRI/TRE they are going to have pay some serious money. They will be looking at 10000 US a month at least, especially the quality the CAD expects.
