Only a wet lease, no big deal!
Now a dry lease, that will be interesting when it happens. Finding pilots that will stick around under the present contracts, that will be priceless. My bet, lots will come and lots will leave. Things are not moving in the right direction for the working environment. My advice, think real hard before you sign.
