With Europe-Australia experience from British, Qantas, Emirates and Singapore I would definitely go for Singapore Airlines!
Why? Generally speaking, asian airlines are a lot better with regard to customer service, guess it's called working mentality. Friendlier staff, better service (especially with kids). With regard to the above, Qantas and Emirates are british airlines.
Thai and Malaysian might be good choices as well, I just don't know them. As I've said, choose SIA!
