Just wanted to say I thought the crew dealt well with the pax today who I presume was abusive to the CC when asked to come off his mobile during Taxi, A/C returned to stand and pax off-loaded and 1 hour later we got away.
well done to the whole crew for sticking together and off-loading the idiot, situation was dealt with calmly and with minimum fuss, hopefully the bu*ger has to stay the night on a plastic chair!
