Guys,
we really need to do something about the salary subject.It seems that nobody cares about it by the Senior Management (hey may be that's why they are managers and we are not
) Anyway,I personally can say that my salary was higher in recent years,not only the power of buying but even the amount.This is stupid when there is an inflation of 20%. The Euro rate is not expected to be changed for the next 5 years.Which means we are economically f.cked up.
If we were taking our salary by TL they had to adjust for the inflation every 6 months ( and please somebody explain me why the hell our salaries are calculated from Euro )
