The whole wearing crucifix thing. In the past I've done regular trips to Bahrain. In that country you respect their values because it's their space. But I feel on board an aircraft, making non-muslim BMI crew wear headscarfs, and standing a certain distance behind a man is nothing short of ludicrous! Who's to say that a certain crew member isn't Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Sikh etc..... the act of having to comply with Islamic rules could offend them!
