So around 6K US for a 737 Captain. Sheesh! That's less than I take home in Britain!! It's also about half what you can earn in Japan which is, IMHO, a nicer place to live.
They won't get may experienced pilots knocking down their door at those rates. I get the feeling the Mainland Chinese have a bit to learn about market driven economics!
